The process from the time when I decided to engage them to the time when Metallic Epoxy came down to do site measurements till the very last moment of handing over the project was really seamless. Really appreciate the team for being so hardworking and meticulous especially when I am very particular about the colour theme. One plus point was they were so enthusiastic about starting work on the 3rd day of Chinese New Year. This period is when all renovations come to a standstill but they are so willing to accomodate and start work asap! Really appreciate their accountability and timely responses on a daily basis. Frankly only owners will care about their home but I am so surprised how much care they put into wrapping up my kitchen tabletop before handling my house back to me as I will be doing more renovations. Thank you for going an extra mile! As a first time owner, I really appreciate such dedication and will definitely want to work with them again!! Kudos to everyone in the team!
