My husband and I feel glad to know this flooring company. Nothing to regret. Thankful to them as they slowly come out with samples of many colours and designs to help us choose wisely. We were so confused as everything looks so beautiful. They reply to our messages instantly in early morning or late night as we work shifts. They patiently understand what we want and even suggest their own creativity. The best part is they give all the time we need, not pestering or push us on colours/meetups. They always sent us updates and photos. The most important thing is we were very comfortable talking to them like friends. Thank u again for the hard work. Apologise if i was being annoying to ask for the best colours all the time.
